Turned out to be the Windows Defender firewall. I've got it set up to notify me when it blocks an app, but it didn't do so with this one. I checked the list of allowed and blocked apps and it wasn't there, but even when I added it to the allowed list manually it still wouldn't work. So just on the off chance I turned the firewall off and then the installation proceeded! Very strange...! Reply
There seems to be only one setup file to download, so it appears to be for both 64 and 32 bit systems. The setup file from shadowdefender.com installs without a problem, so it seems to have something to do with this setup file and the way it wants to confirm the built-in registration details...? I can't detect any other problem with my network connection. Reply
Can't install on my Win10 x64 laptop - get the message: " Can't verify the installation. Please make sure your network is good." Anyone else getting this? Reply
