The orginal propblem is solved. BUT! Why is the end result of single mode different from double? In this sample the basic pdf is A/4 size, 4 pages, normal, with minimal picture. Hi After the fixes to the problems I had as well were resolved, the program worked, well except that it doesn't create a linked contents page from a pdf that has one. If it could create links to chapters, etc then it would be great. Reply
